Your Role & Impact

As an initiative applicant, you define your role based on your strengths. Typical areas include:

  • Design and implementation of IP cores for ASIC and FPGA platforms
  • Development of algorithms for error correction coding and signal processing
  • System-level architecture and optimisation
  • Verification and validation of high-performance designs
  • Collaboration with international customers on cutting-edge projects


Your Profile

We are looking for high potentials with:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge in digital signal processing, communication systems, and hardware design
  • Experience with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, or similar languages
  • Familiarity with ASIC/FPGA toolchains and simulation environments
  • Analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
